HALZEPHRON RETURNS TO THE LIZARD
Halzephron Herb Farm has returned to its spiritual home on The Lizard by teaming up with another of Cornwall's most famous names. The new shop is now open near St Keverne at Tregellast Barton Farm, home of Roskilly's, the Duchy's iconic producer of organic ice cream and fudge. Tregellast Barton is a brilliant destination with its farm walks and milking demonstrations. There is lots to see and do there, yet admission and parking are free. And you can sample our unique products until the cows come home...

DIRECTIONS TO HALZEPHRON AT ROSKILLY'S
From Helston Follow the A3083 towards St Keverne & The Lizard. After Culdrose turn left at the island signposted B3293 St Keverne. Continue along this road to mini island at Garras. Turn righ,t continuing along B3293. Continue past Goonhilly Future World, approx 2 miles further on follow signpost to the right towards Coverack B3294 & Roskilly's. After approx 300 yards turn left following Roskilly's sign. Continue along this road for approx 1 mile. Roskilly's Car Park is on left hand side.

Choose any three of Hazlephron's sensational sauces. Presented as a gift set.

Dill Sauce: Perfect with all fish, especially trout and salmon. Serve as a relish or use to oven bake fish to create a delicious sauce. It makes a marvellous salad dressing or vegetable dip. Ingredients: Fresh dill, honey, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil and seasoning.

Sally's Hot Sauce: A serious chilli sauce, not for the faint hearted. Great as a dipping sauce, or add to curries, chillies, or any dish which needs spicing up. Use with caution! Ingredients: Water, red chillies (19%), Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, dry mustard powder, salt, citric acid.

Tarragon Sauce: Wonderful with lamb or chicken. Serve as a relish or use during cooking. Ingredients: Fresh Tarragon, honey, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil and seasoning.

Fennel and Pernod Sauce: An old Halzephron favourite. Puts the 'mm' in monkfish. Ingredients: Fresh fennel, fennel seed, Pernod, honey, mustard, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, black pepper.
