Fiesta! A traditional barbecue marinade to flavour all meats and poultry. Particularly good with pork and chicken. Ingredients: Honey, lemon juice, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, seasoning, sunflower oil, lemon balm, and citric acid.
Saucy Sally: A terrific marinade, named after its creator! Based on a Thai recipe, this hot, spicy marinade is marvellous with all meats, poultry and fish. Use to stir fry shrimps or prawns - wonderful! Ingredients: Fresh coriander, chilli, garlic, lime juice, ginger, sunflower oil, seasonings, coriander seeds, lemon grass and citric acid.
Sweet William: Sharp and fresh, St Clements is especially good with chicken. Ingredients: Orange juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, lime leaf, orange concentrate, mustard, garlic, wine vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, pepper, citric acid.
Eastern Promise: A traditional Indian curry marinade of medium strength. Spicy, aromatic, full of Eastern promise! Ingredients: Fresh coriander, mixed oriental spices, lime juice, garlic, red wine vinegar, tomato pureé, red wine, seasoning and citric acid.
St Clements: A honey, mustard and tarragon marinade which turns a piece of meat or poultry into a delicious, sweet but spicy dish. Ideal with gammon, lamb or chicken. Ingredients: Honey, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, sunflower oil, white wine, tarragon and citric acid.
